- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of hour meters: P/N: T1121AB The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced Requirements type contract for one base year and two additional option years. Estimated quantity per year and period of performance is as follows: Base year 10 December 2007 through 9 December 2008 P/N: T1121AB 10,000 EA 1st Option Year 10 December 2008 through 9 December 2009 P/N: T1121AB 10,000 EA 2nd Option Year 10 December 2009 through 9 December 2010 P/N: T1121AB 10,000 EA The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation date: O/A 16 November, Closing date: O/A 6 December 2007. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solic itation.
