- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the CICRUIT CARD ASSEMBLY Input NSN: 5998-01-494-1573, Input P/N: 8520668-903 Output NSN: 5998-01-494-1573, Output P/N: 8520668-903 The proposed contractual action will be for a Maintenance and Overhaul 5 year, Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 4 and a maximum of 101 each. There is no organic repair capability. The only kno wn source of overhaul data for the Circuit Card Assembly is the Manufacturers Blueprints and Production Drawings presently controlled by Honeywell International Inc. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The re quired production schedule is 2 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 180 days ARO. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) will be conducted. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the require d items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items . PROPOS ALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL OR DATAFAX, NO EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
