Delivery is FOB Destination, Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 7 5507-5000. This is an unrestricted procurement. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor wi ll be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation.
