- Description 1. This is a combined Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quote s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is Unrestricted. 2. Solicitation W911KB08T0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. 4. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced. NAICS Code: 238210 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000 in average annual receipts. This requirement is for work to be performed at Eareckson Air Station on Shemya Island, AK. 5. Item Description: Contractor shall install protective settings files and testing the newly enabled protective functionality on GE F60 Feeder Management Relays protective file GFP. Testing will be performed by a NETA certified technician IAW the 2003 International Electrical Testing Association Acceptance Specification. The contractor will also have to add circuit breakers with enclosures, replace circuit breakers, and adjust settings on circuit breakers per the Description of Work. The Government reserves the right to enter clauses into the award which are not in the solicitation with notice to the selected contractor.
