Description

Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary in accordance with the plans and specification for the demolition and removal of concrete near Rochert, Minnesota. The work consist of the removal and disposal of reinforced concrete slabs, pads, and concrete block including footings to three feet below ground level, disable and fill septic tanks with gravel, excavate and stock pile gravel from road, and back fill and place topsoil over all excavations. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted with regards to business size under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, with a size standard of $13.0 million. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 11/27/07 with quotes due 12//2707. No telephone requests for the solicitation can be accepted. This solicitation will NOT be available in hard copy.
