- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate a five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), sole source contract with L-3 Communication Systems-West (L-3 CSW), 640 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 for the procurement and sustainment of the Joint Tactical Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) Information Transceiver System (JTCITS) Increment I. The authority cited for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract will provice for procurement of validated JTCITS Increment I (ROVER III) BOI requirements. The contract also provides for the ancillary equipment, spare parts, training, and associated logistics to include long-term warranties. NOTE 22 applies. ALL QUESTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED VIA E-MAIL. THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSE TO TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION AND/OR QUESTIONS.
