- This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration's notice of intent to issue order for One-Year License Renewal for a 75 reader, two location license for World Trade Online. The period of performance is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 plus 4 option years. This is considered a sole source procurement because World Trade Online is a proprietary and copyrighted product of Inside Washington Publishers LLC. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated. See Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-SEP-2007).
