- This synopsis shall serve as the EOP, Office of Administration's notice of intent to issue orders to Haver Analytics for subscriptions to various database and in support of multiple EOP components. The period of performance is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. Haver Analytics is considered to be a sole source, since the data is proprietary and copyrighted to Haver Analytics. A solicitation does not exist and resonses are not anticipated. See Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-SEP-2007).
