- PR No: 0013903526. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Detector, Metallic, Particle for the CH-47 Helicopter. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and one (1) option year. The OEM is The Boeing CO., DBA Boeing Helicopter, Cage 77272, Part Number 145DS015-5. The approved source is Eaton Aerospace, Cage 97484, Part Number B4386A. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2995-01-114-2141 FFP WITH 100% OPTION, QUANTITY OF 74 EACH FOR THE BASE YEAR AND 74 EACH FOR THE ONE OPTION YEAR. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 184 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 23 and 26.
