- The purpose of this amendment is to specify the quantity of 3080 loaves. BREAD, WHITE, 1/5 LB LOAF, 30 SLICES, FRESH OR FROZEN, ENRICHED, PAN BAKED, IN FREEZER BOXES. All prices are to be quoted FOB DESTINATION; if any shipping costs are to be charged, they must be included in the bid. All orders must ship complete. Complete delivery is required on December 28, 2007 ADDENDA Additional contract information: FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is hereby incorporation by reference. FAR provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference with the following addenda: 1. In paragraph (a) the government will evaluate proposals and make award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items hereby applies to this acquisition but only the following additional FAR clauses incorporated under paragraph (b) apply: 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-37, and 52.225-3.
