Description
R0016108721/ SPM4A7-08-R-0119. This is a Firm Fixed Quantity Contract for one NSN: 1615-01-531-6374, Dampener, Vibration, Drive Shaft , IAW Hood Technology Corporation, Cage 0YRF8, P/N HTC-H53-12DB-02H. This item will be solicited unrestricted with other than full and open competition with intended source Hood Technology Corp (Cage 0YRF8). Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application End Item. Surge Requirements Do Not Apply. This item is not commercial. This item is not a CSI item. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. The quantity will be 24 each. Required delivery is 128 days ARO or best offer. Inspection and Acceptance: ORIGIN including FOB DESTINATION to be delivered to Stock Locations with the Continental United States. Primary Location is New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. This procurement is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, not more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
