- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, Georgia, intends to issue solicitation RFQ30703-0003-8, for the requirements of: RELIGIOUSLY CERTIFIED MEALS. The requirement includes each day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), seven days/week to begin approximately January 2008 through March 31, 2008. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, at the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 Highway 301 South, Jesup, GA 31599. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 9, 2007, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 6, 2007. All quoters must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award. Each offer must complete the FAR Provisions at 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
