Description

The Contractor shall provide full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete technical reports, technical drawings, cost estimates, and specifications including services throughout the construction of the project 614-08-101 Electrical Distribution Upgrade Phase 3 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Memphis, TN 38104. Construction Cost range between $1,000,000-$5,000,000. Area of consideration is 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2)copies of SF330 no later than 1:00pm (CST) Monday December 3, 2007. A firm-fixed contract will be awarded. The NAICS is 541330. Contract is subject to the availability of funds for FY 08. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of the required services: (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firms with similar type projects: (3) Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4) Location of A/E Firm:(5) Experience and roles of keys design personnel, specifically on the related projects: (6) Cost control and estimating effectiveness. This is not a request for proposal.
