- PARK ATTENDANT & CUSTODIAN, WILSON LAKE: Provide Park Attendant and Custodial services, five days per week including holidays and weekends, at Sylvan Park, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilson Lake Project, Kansas. Services are for 2008 season May 1 September 30 with one renewal option for 2009, which may or may not be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Contractor (a couple) must provide own RV unit and reside on-site during the season. NAICS code: 721211. SIC code: 7033. Size stan dard: $32.5 million. The Solicitation package shall be available on or about October 30, 2007 and will close on 30 November, 2007 at 3:00 pm (cst). There is a new Federal Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) initiative called Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). ORCA is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of th e representations and certifications required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations and previously found in solicitations. According to the language in FAR case 2002-024, vendors are required to use ORCA beginning 1 January 2005.
