- Firm Fixed Price contract anticipated: 9 ea NSN 5950-01-261-5670: Transformer, Power. Approved sources: Raytheon Technical Services (3B150) P/N 806886, and Raytheon Company (5D744) P/N 5753577-1, I/A/W DRAWING NR 53711 5753577, AMEND NR M DTD 09/01/00, TYPE NUMBER 5753577-1. DLAD 52.246-9004, Product Verification Testing, applies. This clause is a government option that can only be invoked upon the cognizant contract administration office notifying the contractor that PVT samples are to be selected. Note: The cited drawing is a source controlled drawing and as of the date of this solicitation only the source(s) cited on the drawing have been approved. There may be additional approved sources that have not been reflected on the drawing at this time. Even though sources and approved part numbers are provided, the items furnished must meet the requirements of the cited drawing. Offerors who are interested in qualifying their product for purpose of future acquisition must contact the cognizant design activity specified on the source controlled drawing. This is an unrestricted solicitation of a critical application item. See numbered note 26. The solicitation will include a 100% quantity option. Copies of the solicitation will be available on the DSCC website after 24 April 2007. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-APR-2007).
