THIS SYNOPSIS IS MODIFIED TO PROVIDE A POINT OF CONTACT FOR REVERSE ENGINEERING. PR Number(s): FD20300870603 Item: 0001 P/N: 37D401750P104, 19253 Description: Spray Bar, Fuel, Afterburner Main,Size/Dimension:5.75 inches x 1.78 inches x 1.40 inches,Predominant Material/Form, Fit, and Function: 431 Stainless steel. Afterburner fuel spraybar injects atomized fuel in the afterburner diffuser gas stream, under pressure, to support combustion within the afterburner assembly during AB selection at military power settings. Total Line Item Qty: 1,175.0000 Destn: FB2039,Tinker AFB,OK.,73145-9013. Delivery: 30APR2008, 97.00 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Prospective vendors are requested to contact the OC-ALC Source Development Office at 405-739-7243. It has been determined that the Government has replenishment parts available for sale or loan for reverse engineering purposes. To: DELAVAN INC, WEST DES MOINES, IA.,50265-3708. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note(s) 12 and 26.
