Description

The Central Texas VA Health Care System, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504 intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Parts 12 & 15) sole source contract with McKesson Automation, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the lease of a McKesson Robot-Rx Automated Unit Dose Dispensing System, Model APS II 7-Bay with EDS to include packaging and maintenance services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by requesting a copy of the Solicitation via email at sandra.archuleta@med.va.gov or FAX at 254-743-2017. All quotes received by 4:00 pm CT, November 23, 2007, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
