- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Liquid Nitrogen Services for Hawthorne Nevada. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00253-08-T-0022 is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-17 are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325120 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is unrestriced. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. No paper copies wi ll be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
