Description

This is sole source to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc (CAGE 97499). Reference Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a two year (basic year and one annual option) firm fixed price contract for Regulating Valve spares, NSN 4810-00-460-0547GA, P/N 205-072-277-9, applicable to the UH-1N Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 18 EA, a within basic year option for 1-10 EA, and an Annual Option I quantity of 1-10 EA. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: On or before 31 December 2008. A complete data package is not available to allow alternate sources to compete. The Government does not own the technical data. Only newly manufactured material will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Approximate solicitation date is 28 November 2007.
