Description
**THE CORRECT SOLICITATION NUMBER TO USE IS DTRTAC-08-R-00051** The Department of Transportation (DOT), Transportation Safety Institute, Transit Safety & Security Division, RTI-80, has a requirement for Substance Abuse Management & Program Compliance/Reasonable Suspicion Determination for Supervisors Training. DOT/RTI anticipates award of an Fixed-Price Service contract with firm-fixed-pricing consisting of a base year and four renewable 1-year options. Estimated annual requirement (EAR) is twenty three (23) classes. National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for a copy of the SIR should be submitted in writing either via facsimile (405-954-3030),or via my E-Mail address, steve.cundiff@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. All requests should be submitted to Steve Cundiff and reference SIR: DTRTAC-08-R-00051. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
