Description
RFP: VA-261-08-RP-0033 Due: Dec. 7, 2007 Request for Proposal (RFP) - Washer Disinfector, Sterilizer and Water Saver Preventative Maintenance and Repair for the San Francisco VA Medical Center. Contractor to provide all supplies, services and management to maintain these units. The NAICS code is 811219, size standard of $6.5 million employees applies. Product Service code of J065 applies. The actual solicitation with complete details should be posted on or about Nov. 26, 2007. This is planned as a full and open procurement. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to W. Ulibarri, (650) 849-0332 or emailed to bill.ulibarri@va.gov. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov . Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
