Description: Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. See Note(s) 22 and 26. The existing A-10 Bridge Contract, FA8202-06-D-0001, with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, New York will be modified to extend the ordering period out to **December 31, 2008** and extend the ceiling price up to $78,500,000. This action is authorized by a justification and approval for other than full and open competition, under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
