Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) formally announces the intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting projects on an as-needed basis, for Repair and Alteration to Swing Spaces in the Federal Building located at 300 North Los Angeles Street in Los Angeles, California. Task orders will specify the work to be performed. Each contract will consist of a base year, extending 365 calendar days from the date of contract award and one (1) one-year Option to be issued at the discretion of the Contracting Officer for a potential total duration of 2 years. The base year and each option year will individually have a $1.5 million maximum order limitation (MOL). All work will be performed based on task orders issued under the basic contract for projects ranging up to $250 thousand.
