Description

The Conrtactor shall provide full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates including services throughout the construction for the project to "Replace 1st Floor Building 1 Induction Units" Project # 614-08-103 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN 38104. Construction Cost range is between $1,000,000-$5,000,000. Area of consideration is a 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF330 no later than 1:00pm (CST) December 19, 2007. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. NAICS is 541310. Contract subject to the availability of FY 08 Funds. A/E selection criteria will include (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services;(2)Specialized experience and technical competence of the the A/E Firms with similar type projects; (3) Past Performance on contracts with government agencies; (4) Location of A/E firm; (5) Experience and roles of key design personnel, specfically on related projects; (6) Cost control and estimating effectiveness. This is NOT a request for proposal.
