- Description
- The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion and Fort Wayne, Indiana has a requirement for semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections on ultrasound equipment. Inspections shall be performed in January and July. Term of the agreement will for a base (FY 2008) and four one-year option periods (FY 2009 - FY 2012). Equipment includes Acuson Sequoia (1) and Toshiba Aplio (2). Interested quoters must verify competency of service technician with quote. Solicitation shall be issued on or about December 1, 2007 as a commercial service, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and IS SET ASIDE EXCLUSIVELY FOR PARTICIPATION AMONG SMALL BUSINESSS CONCERNS. NAICS 811219 applies with a size standard of $6.5 million.
