- This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside to obtain a three year (basic year and two annual options) firm fixed price contract for Hinge Assembly, Access Door (NSN 5340-00-757-4847GA, P/N 204-031-467-12, applicable to the UH-1 Helicopter. Technical Data is available. This requirement is for a first article quantity of 1 EA, first article data package of 1 EA, basic quantity of 64 EA, a within basic year option for 1-100 EA, a first out-year option for 1-200 EA, and a second out-year option for 1-200 EA. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: First Article 30 days ARO contract, basic quantity On or Before 31 December 2008. Only newly manufactured material will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Approximate solicitation date is 4 December 2007.
