Description

To provide lodging and meeting space for the USAWC for approximately 13 staff and faculty representatives in the Washington D.C. area to be held in the spring of 2008. Exact dates will be listed in the RFP. Hotel shall be located within the 3 mile ra dius of the White House or Pentagon. Hotel shall be within three-hundred meters walking distance of a Metro stop. Hotel shall have in-ground parking or adjacent facilities. Exact number and types of rooms will be listed in the RFP. A meeting/ballroom to ac commodate 70 people will be required. Audio visual equipment and other miscellaneous services are required. The due date listed herein for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on actual issuance date. This requirement is unrestri cted. Telephone request will not be honored. Email request must include contractor name and street mailing address.
