Description

W9124P-08-T-0002, Sole Source. The United States Army Aviation and Missile Command (USAAMCOM), Huntsville, AL, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Aberdeen LLC, 9130 NORWALK BLVD, SANTA FE SPRINGS CA 90670-2534. This contract will be for the procurement of 25 Aberdeen 4U Industrial Systems. Aberdeen is the only known company with Access to this product. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interes ted persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. HOWEVER, THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In order to protect the proprietary information and prevent the unintent ional release of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items. If you feel that your firm has the ability to provide these items, then you must respond no later than Novemb er 27, 2007 at 4:30 PM, CST. All inquiries shall be marked with Solicitation number W9124P-08-T-0002.
