Description

Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX has a requirement for a Service Contract for Maintenance and Repair of the Fluidized Bed Rubber Denuding System. this will be a sole source procurement with Keppel Seghers Technology. the proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one souce under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to repsond to the requirement or submit proposal. However, all proposals received wihtin the 8 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract, basaed upon responses to this notice is sole ly within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The complete solicitation will be posted to Red River Army Depot's website, htt p://www.redriver.army.mil on or about the 20 Nov 2007.
