- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-21 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement through DCN 20071108. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 511210. This is a sole source requirement to Analytical Graphics Incorporated, 220 Valley Creek Blvd, Exton PA 19341, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). Please see the attached Line Item Description, Performance Work Statement and Performance Plan. **The contractor must have a valid Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facility clearance. The Period of Performance is 01 Dec 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. Ship to: NASIC/SCXA (Ref SCXA 08-001, ATTN CRANE), 4170 Hebble Creek Rd, Building 280, Door 12, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5648. FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
