- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for delivery of supplies which may include EPA Clear and/or Red Dye Diesel Fuel, Unleaded Gasoline, Oil and Lubricants, to service trucks, above ground tanks, barges and floating barges, and intends to sole source a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Mc Neece Bros Oil Co Inc, located at 691 E Heil Avenue, El Centro CA for a performance period of up to 5 years. The anticipated value of the BPA is $250,000 for the 5 years. The work to be performed under this specification includes non-personnel services. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to furnish the supplies or services called for by the Contracting Officer or authorized representatives for Diesel Fuel #2 EPA Carb Red, Diesel EPA Carb Clear, Unleaded Gasoline, Oil, and Lubricants. Delivery locations are located in an area approximately 50 miles along the Colorado River. Principle feature of the work that may be performed include transporting fuel. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 454319 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 million dollars. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about December 1, 2007. This is not a request for proposal, however, vendors who are able to provide similar service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications, past performance information and price with delivery time. Effective October 1, 1997, contractors are required to register their firms in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receiving a contract award. This database provides basic business information, capabilities, and financial information to the Government and complies with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, which requires federal agencies to have the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of every contractor and to pay every contractor through electronic funds transfer. Registration can be accomplished through the World Wide Web at http//www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The CCR Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Offerors will be required to complete the annual representation and certification electronically via the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bnp.gov.
