- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with addit ional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement: (a) CLIN 0001 One (1) EA Pass Through Glassware Washer Type 304 stainless steel construction, Washer dimensions 44 W x 78 H x 32 D, Interior chamber dimensions 26 W x 27 H x 26 D. Equivalent unit to: Scientek Model SW4600 GWD-PT. Glassware Washer Specifications EQUAL TO: Scientek Model SW4600 GWD-PT " Type 304 stainless steel construction " Washer dimensions 44 W x 78 H x 32 D " Interior chamber dimensions 26 W x 27 H x 26 D " Free standing cabinet with insulated chamber " Stainless steel trim " Fluorescent interior light " Two pneumatically operated vertical lift doors with viewing windows " Mineral free final rinse " Controls mounted on left side of washer " Allen Bradley microprocessor control " Allen Bradley panel view 600 color touch screen user interface with full cycle event and diagnostic display " Ten programmable cycles with customizable cycle names/tags " Microprocessor control input and output testing from user interface " Saves last 50 alarms in memory " Cycle time remaining displayed on user interface " Chemical priming and chemical level display, displayed on user interface " Built-in modem for on-line diagnostics " Pre-programmed for data reporting system " Two automated chemical injection pumps " Digital temperature control and guarantee " 3 HP stainless steel pump " Stainless steel pneumatic control valves " Stainless steel steam heated sump heater " 100% stainless steel piping (no hoses connecting piping) " ?
