Description
The Rhode Island National Guard is soliciting for publishing a 'civilian enterprise' quarterly magazine in support of the Rhode Island National Guard. Procurement will be in accordance with DOD Instruction 5120.4 dated 16 June 1997. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to print and distribute 5,000 copies of the command information magazine, which will be published four (4) times per year. Advertising rights and author izations will be granted to the contractor in lieu of payment. Printing and distributing the magazine shall be performed at no cost to the government. The purpose of the publication is to provide information to members of the Rhode Island National Guard an d their centers of influence. The successful offeror will be the one found to have the highest rated technical past performance and overall ability to meet contract requirements. Technical capability, past performance and overall ability to meet contract requirements are all evaluation factors that are weighted approximately equal. Base period of performance is con templated from 1 JAN 08 to 31 DEC 09 with three one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 511110. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Regi stration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Contractors are recommended to register immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Al l offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from that website and to monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No paper copies will be issued, therefore it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
