Description

The following work will be performed at the Birch Bayh Federal Building and US Courthouse, 46 E. Ohio, Indianapolis, Indiana. The scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, furnishing all labor; material and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of all existing cooling tower(s) hot water distribution basins, metering orifices, covers, fill and air inlet louvers. Clean, prep and remove rust from cold water catch basins. Provide and apply rust inhibitive cold water catch basin coatings. Furnish and install new hot water distribution basins, metering orifices, covers, fill and air inlet louvers to all cooling towers. The estimated cost range for all work is between $60,000.00 and $90,000.00. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification Code(NAICS) is 238220 with a size standard of $13 million. This is a negotiated procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. The solicitation will be available on or about December 13, 2007.
