- SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace air conditioning console units in the barracks building located at U.S. Coast Guard Base, Aviation Training Center, Mobile, AL. Estimated construction price range is $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $13.0 million. All amendments and any pertinent information to this solicitation will be posted electronically at this website. To receive immediate notification of all changes posted electronically, vendors should click on [Register to Receive Notification]. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation, should click on [Register as Interested Vendor].
