- The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, 425 Hoe Lane, P.O. Box 6800, Piscataway, NJ 08855-6800 to Provide a Consignment Agreement for CYPHER stents for the period October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 with three one year renewal options, if exercised by the government.
