- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, California, intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of various subsistance products to include dry & canned goods, and meat products. This solicitation is for the 2nd quarter of Fiscal Year 2008 and is set-aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. Delivery dates for the items required will be posted in the solicitation. The delivery address will be 5701 8th Street, Dublin, California, 94568. Award for these products will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer/quote to the Government based on price-related factors only. The solicitation will be available on or around December 12, 2007 and will be distributed soley through the Government Point of Entry. All future information concerning this acquisition, including amendments will be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible to monitor this website for updates or changes in regard to this acquisition. The anticipated closing date of this solicitation is December 21, 2007. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit an offer/quote. Faith-based and community organizations have the right to submit quotations equally. In addition, offerors are encouraged to complete in advance, registration on the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR). This must be completed in order to do business with the Government. Each offeror is also required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their Representations and Certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
