- Description
- Project includes all work necessary to improve the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems, but is not limited to: Installation and testing of new fire detection/alarm systems and demolition of the existing fire alarm system in the ATCT and base building including the interconnecting corridor. Installation of new fire-rated access doors, partitions, barriers and systems, etc. Replacement or modification, repair, patching, painting, refinishing, resurfacing of existing walls, partitions, and/or penetrations or opening through walls, floors, soffit, with fire-stop sealants), caulks, mortars, mineral/ceramic wool, gypsum wallboard, and/or masonry Application of sprayed-on fireproofing materials or intumescent paint to protect steel structures or hatches. Installation of new louvers, dampers, fire doors, and related hardware and electrical gear, or modifications/repair of existing doors, dampers. Adjust emergency elevator recall system and its connections to the new fire alarm control panel (FACP) Construction of 20x20 storage shed on concrete pad. Modifying existing porch, construction of new sidewalk to storage building. Training personnel Removal/replace of existing building (ATCT) vinyl siding with a metal panel Removal/replacement of existing canopy covering building (ATCT) entrance. Performance period 90 calendar days TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE NACIS - 236220 - Annual receipt for the firms last three fiscal years can not exceed $31 Million. Estimate price range: Between $100,000 and $300,000. Complete and submit attached Security Notice: General contractors must provide a list of employees and a list of subcontractors as required by paragraph 1, items (b) and (c) on page 2 of the Sensitive Security Information form.
