Description

The Department of Veterans Affair, VISN 7, Augusta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Thompson Power and Phone Incorporation for a four-year contract for the maintenance of the DC Power System at 11 VISN 7 locations. The NACIS code is 811310 and size standard $6.5 millions. The contract period will be from December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008 with four option years. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation, detailing their experience in providing these products, to the Contracting Officer via email or fax at 478-274-5616. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
