Description: Modification to existing contract award to handle emergency repair work. Original award made under single source award FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The Army Corps of Engineers intends to modify an existing contract to include emergency work to remove/repl ace gear system to pump in order for the manufacturer of the parts to repair under warranty so that Ice harbor Pump can be put on line in order for Army Corps compliance with 2000 Biological Opinion that requires adult fish passage systems to operate with a 1 pump redundancy.
