- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), is seeking proposals to obtain essential services for the technical and support needs of NCCDPHP. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541690: Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The Chronic Diseases related technical support needed includes: (1) Policy Assessments; (2) Program Assessments/Evaluation Studies; (3) Conduct Research and Demonstration Projects; (4) Strategic Planning Services; and (5) Consultation and Technical Assistance. Multiple awards (4 or more) are contemplated for cost-type, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts. Individual task orders for specific services will be competed among the multiple award contractors. The anticipated period of performance is one 12 month base year, with four 12 month option periods. Evaluation criteria include: (1) Scientific and Technical Approach; (2) Management Plan and Personnel; and (3) Corporate Capability/Experience. This requirement will be issued as a full and open competition. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. The estimated release date of the RFP on the http://www.fedbizopps.gov website is on or about November 26, 2007. There is no plan to mail out hard copies of the RFP.
