- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source contract to GRA Inc. to provide support services for the enhancements to the capabilities of the Air Traffic Services Business Model and related analyses. In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration's Acquisition Management System (AMS), Paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's intent to contract with a selected firm using single source procedures. The FAA has a requirement for the enhancement and maintenance the Air Traffic Services Business Model (ATSBM) in support of the Technical Operations organization. GRA developed the existing pre-processing proprietary modeling tools and GRA has a solid understanding and in-depth knowledge of the ATSBM and can use this experience to further standardize and improve processes for the FAA.
