- The contract specialis for this project is Paul Daneker. Address any questions concerning this procurement to paul.r.daneker@us.army.mil. Seattle District requires a qualififed firm or institution to conduct a part-time leadership/management development program for twelve employees. Responsibilites include: the facilitation of individual and group development activities, counseling particip ants on their development; scheduling and providing lectures through graduate level leadership and management classroom training; promoting participation in a formal mentoring plan with Seattle District leaderhip; providing and leading an initial offsite r etreat; leading a 5-day field trip; overseeing the development and performance of team projects; coordinating site visits, special team projects and special meetings as appropriate to enhance and reinforce the program objectives; and maintaining liaison wi th Corps of Engineers senior leadership and a program steering committee for overall management of the program. Seattle District anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract to a single offeror. Project is open to small business only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 with a size standard of $6.5 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, t aken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $6.5 million.
