- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to award multiple contracts against BAA N00019-08-R-0016 for the EPX program. The purpose of this synopsis/solicitation notice is to announce that the final solicitation and the question and answers from the Industry Day held on 26 October 2007, have been released on the NAVAIR website.
