- Description
- The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price order on a sole source basis to ACTCOM Incorporated, 100 Landmark Square, Virginia Beach, VA 23452-6822 for a five (5) year maintenance order of the Lenel Alarm Monitoring System/Intrusion Detection System (IDS). ACTCOM Inc. is the previous provider and the only one with the system password and program for IDS; this information is proprietary only to ACTCOM. Delivery is FOB Destination to the Center for Naval Intelligence, Virginia Beach, VA. The RFQ will be available on or about 16 November 2007 by downloading the documents at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621. The size standard is $11.5 mil. The RFQ solicitation and any subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
