- NAICS Code: 812930 NAICS Code: 812930 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole-source fixed-price purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Republic Parking Northwest, Seattle, WA. The estimated value of this procurement is approximately $19,440.00. The period of performance for this requirement is January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. The purpose of this purchase order is to obtain six (6) reserved, underground, secure parking spaces with twenty-four (24) hour access for Government - owned vehicles in support of the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) (Seattle Office) located at 1200 6th Ave, Suite 900, Seattle, WA. Republic Parking Northwest is the only vendor that can provide secured underground parking. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 812930. NO SOLICITATION OR EQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a capability statement, which if received by the response date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
