Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Air Force (AF) will procure system deployment and sustainment of the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), as well as on-site functional and technical support (i.e., Project Lead, Database Administrator, and Business Analyst) from Integrated Data Services Inc (IDS). This is to support Department of Defense (DoD) and United States Air Force (USAF) financial/program management requirements. The purchase will be made in accordance with FAR part 15 regulations, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation number FA8232-07-R-1009 on or around September 3, 2007. Award will be made to Integrated Data Services Inc 2141 Rosecrans Ave Suite 2050 El Segundo, CA 90245-5043. This requirement is considered sole source due to the fact that CCARs is propietary software that is owned by IDS. It is anticipated that this requirement will be for a period of 1 basic year and 3 1-year options. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) with a small business size standard of $23.0M.
