- The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following question: Question: I would like to know if it will be acceptable to process the IBA's as follows: Wash in front loading washer on short cycle with no agitator using a mild detergent. No bleach, caustic cleaners, yellow soap, etc. as in current description. Allow to line dry. No placing in dryers. This is the procedure we are currently using and is satisfactory to the customer. Answer: The Government has decided that it will be acceptable for the gear to be cleaned in this manner. The Statement of Work (SOW) has been revised to reflect the changes. Please read the entire revised SOW for your information. Contact Elizabeth Arzola at (210) 671-1750 to obtain the revised copy.
