- Description
- This is amendment number 1, changing the following: Change item number 13 from 240,000 to 0. Change item number 12 to 240,000. There are no other changes to this solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, Georgia, intends to issue solicitation RFQ30703-0004-8, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - DAIRY. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates begin January 2008 through March 31, 2008. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 Highway 301 South, Jesup, GA 31599. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, with prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 9, 2007, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opporttunites website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. All quoters must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 06, 2007. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per 52-212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
