Amendment 0008 is to notify Offerors that the technical evaluation factors are still under review and will be revised. The closing date remains tentative. A subs equent amendment will be issued including a closing date for quotes; revised technical evaluation factors; and a revised price schedule including estimated number of hours for each discipline. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-NOV-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
